RB, a research reactor (heavy water) in Belgrade, Serbia, operated by INSTITUTE OF NUCLEAR SCIENCES "VINCA"/Centre for NT&R. Temporary shutdown, first critical in 1958.

It is the only research reactor operating in Serbia today; the country has shut down one other. It was the first research reactor in Serbia to go critical and is still operating 68 years later.
