TRIGA Puspati (RTP)
TRIGA Puspati (RTP), a research reactor (tRIGA) in Kajang, Malaysia, with 1 MW of thermal power, operated by Malaysian Nuclear Agency. Operating, first critical in 1982.
It is the only research reactor in Malaysia. It is one of 36 TRIGA reactors operating worldwide, spread across 17 countries. It is one of 65 research reactors in 20 countries that General Atomics designed or built. Its declared uses include isotope production, neutron scattering, neutron radiography and teaching.
