IAN-R1

IAN-R1, a research reactor (tRIGA) in Bogota, Colombia, with 30 kW of thermal power, operated by Instituto Colombiano de Geología y Minería-INGEOMINAS. Operating, first critical in 1965.

It is the only research reactor in Colombia. It is one of 37 TRIGA reactors operating worldwide, spread across 18 countries.
