RMB, a research reactor (pool) in Iperó, Brazil, with 30 MW of thermal power, operated by National Nuclear Energy Commission (CNEN). Under construction.
Once in operation it will be the most powerful research reactor in Brazil, ahead of the 4 operating today. 48 pool-type reactors remain in operation today across 28 countries. It is one of 9 research reactors in 7 countries that INVAP designed or built.
